work they have in the Dublin area; they are looking to appoint a
suitable individual who will ideally have previous experience of
managing projects in the Commercial / Industrial new build sector

Duties:
?* Take control of design teams and all other team representatives
?* Reviewing designs & amend where appropriate
?* Creating package documentation for tender and installation
purposes
?* Value engineer packages of works
?* Manage the installation of Mechanical & Electrical services
ensuring all works meet the design specifications and are completed
within time/ budget
?* Attend meetings with client, sub-contractors, design engineers and
architects
?* Updating progress reports and liaising with senior management on
site developments
?* Management of testing & inspection of M&E packages and handover to
client.
Experience:
?* Working with a main contractor
?* Have a mechanical or electrical background
?* Strong understanding of contract documents
